welcomes you to the most exciting live entertainment venue on the Crystal Coast with shows for the whole family.  Country, comedy, rock, Celtic, magic, laser lights and holiday are just a few of the many shows scheduled this year for your enjoyment. There's something in our lineup for everyone. Advance reservations for all our shows are recommended to avoid disappointment at the door. 

We now offer a 2012 Season Ticket for our 3 major productions:  Sounds of Summer, Christmas at the Beach and one more fall show to be listed soon.  Other discounts included throughout the year.

We are a 550 seat theatre on one level sloping to the stage. All audience areas of the theatre are handicapped accessible and there is free off street parking immediately adjacent to The Center at the corner of 14th and Arendell Streets in downtown Morehead City.  

Featuring exceptional sound and lighting equipment and computerized video capability, The Morehead Center is the perfect location for performing arts, conferences, lectures and business presentations. Our highly trained staff can provide support in planning and executing the details of any event.
Our foyer area has a snack bar with refrigeration and we are able to accommodate small catered affairs. We have a fully stocked wine and beer bar for your enjoyment.

When there are open dates on our entertainment calendar, the facility is a perfect venue for live performances, musical programs, comedy shows, weddings, business or educational symposiums and may be rented for private or non-profit fundraisers, meetings or events.
